【Notice】Shipping and Inquiries During the Obon Period

We would like to inform you about deliveries and inquiries during the Obon period as follows.

◆Regarding delivery of ordered items

Payment completed and print data confirmed (final approval) by noon on Tuesday, August 5: Shipped sequentially by Tuesday, August 12
Payment completed and print data confirmed (final approval) by noon on Wednesday, August 6: Shipped sequentially by Monday, August 18

Payment completed and print data confirmed (final approval) by noon on Tuesday, August 12: Shipped sequentially by Thursday, August 21

Payment completed by noon on Tuesday, August 5: Shipped sequentially by Friday, August 8
Payment completed by noon on Wednesday, August 6: Shipped sequentially by Monday, August 18

Payment completed by noon on Friday, August 8: Shipped sequentially by Wednesday, August 20

*Payments completed after noon will be processed on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.

*Important Notes*
・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to a concentration of orders and deliveries, as well as road congestion and other delivery circumstances. We appreciate your understanding when placing an order.
・We are unable to accommodate urgent shipments or specified dates/times.
・Depending on the order status, shipments may exceed the above schedule, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in placing orders with ample time.
・Orders are accepted at any time during the holiday period. Please place your order keeping in mind the shipping dates and holidays.


◆Regarding inquiries
Holidays: Wednesday, August 13 to Friday, August 15
Inquiries received during the holidays will be handled sequentially from the next business day onwards.
Please note that it may take some time to respond.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be closed as usual.
